Activities sync automatically from your device. Every run, ride and session becomes a signal — pace, duration, load, context.

Allostate is a data-oriented training platform. It learns how you respond to training and adapts to your reality.
01 — The feedback loop
A training plan is a hypothesis. Allostate tests it against reality after every session and closes the loop in minutes, not at the end of a training block.
Activities sync automatically from your device. Every run, ride and session becomes a signal — pace, duration, load, context.
The intelligence layer reads the work against your history and your goal — fitness, fatigue, and trajectory, not just totals.
Your coach turns that reading into a concrete week: sessions in your plan, each with a purpose you can ask about.
Missed a session? Crushed one you shouldn't have? The plan bends instead of breaking — keeping load sustainable week after week.
The tighter the loop, the smaller the corrections. Small corrections are what sustainable progress is made of.

Allostasis is how the body stays stable by changing. Allostate applies the same idea to training: a data layer that continuously turns health signals into actionable training adjustments, and an app that puts the judgment in your hands.

The loop closes after every session, but asks for almost nothing: the data syncs itself and a check-in takes three taps.
Fatigue, form and ramp rate act as guardrails. The goal is the next twelve weeks and the twelve after that.
The Allostate Index rewards executing the plan you agreed on — not heroics on a rest day.
The coach explains its reasoning and proposes. You approve, reject or ask why.
03 — The Allostate App
The Allostate App is where the intelligence layer meets your day. Chat with your coach, follow your week in the plan, and see the trend behind the work.
04 — Everywhere you train
Allostate runs in the browser on your desktop and as a native app on iPhone and Android. Same plan, same coach, same data — with push notifications when a session lands.
05 — Where we're heading
Every athlete trains differently, so Allostate is built from modules. We ship a strong core, made with leading experts — and anyone can add the rest.
A device, an app or a body marker — anything that affects your training.
A sport, a distance or the life around training — from MTB and 10K to nutrition and cycle tracking.
A source, a skill or both — packaged so anyone can build one. Add it, try it, remove it any time.
Body markers modules can bring in
Our core modules are made with leading scientists and physiologists — grounded in solid research, not fads, and kept up to date.
Coaches, scientists and athletes turn their expertise into new modules that any athlete can use.

Allostate is in private beta. Request an invite by email and we'll send you a code. Then create your account at allostate.app and ask the coach for your first plan.
Endurance athletes — runners, cyclists, triathletes — who train with a goal in mind and want structure without a rigid, one-size plan. From a first half marathon to a season of races.
You need something that records to Strava. Heart rate or power makes the load model sharper, but pace and duration work too. Your post-session check-ins fill in the rest.
No. Scheduling, modifying or removing workouts and goals are proposed as actions you approve or reject. The coach explains why, and you can push back in the chat.
Every session gets an Allo Score: how well it matched its purpose. The Allostate Index is the slow-moving, roughly 90-day picture of how well you execute the plan — mostly from those session scores, plus how consistently you complete the plan, with a small penalty for unplanned training on rest days. It compares you with yourself, not with others.
